I had the pleasure of photographing this tiny bundle of joy during an in home lifestyle newborn session. Peyton Ann Cantrell (Annie for short). Melissa (mother) used her grandmother’s desert rose china for inspiration in the nursery. Filled with several shades and hues of pinks, Annie’s nursery was stunning. We were able to photograph Annie in her nursery, as well as in mom and dads room, which was filled with lots of natural sunlight. One of the main goals was to get a few shots with big brother, Graydon. Like most Oklahoman’s, the sickness hit the Cantrell household right as Annie was born so Graydon couldn’t be around her in the hospital which made us push back out “fresh 48” session. I love that I was able to come into the Cantrell household and photograph mom and Graydon with Annie. The vibe was relaxed and I felt as if I was joining them on a Sunday morning. Graydon wore Monogrammed PJs that matched Annie’s monogrammed outfit. Melissa wore her pjs as well. Here are a few of my favorite shots from this Oklahoma lifestyle newborn session.
